Also Silver-Acre on eBay appears to have a nice  collection of #1s with the different gifts. All look in pretty good nick. £25 a pop though

Steg Graples ;) wraparound cover

Dark Justice finishes in a way that will satisfy some but not others. Switching back to Alien from Aliens, still looking forward to the hard back though.

Survival Geeks. The fans hit the steam powered S**T and the clue is Cthulhu

New Tharg 3Riller from Eddie Robson and INJ Culbard looks intriguing.

The Order set up the Fantastic Five for the final showdown.

And it's Cane vs Abel in Savage.

Good prog all round. John Cooper tribute panel in the Nerve Centre.
Damaged Report has some deadline issues with the Free Comic book day issue
and there's a letters page.

Just been reading Beyond 2000AD in bed this morning. It's a great read. Highly recommended.

Just a reminder while you're slaving over your inks or drawing tablets but the short story comp is currently voting on the most recent entries

enjoyed this one, writing and reading.

1. Zippocreed - Dream Time. I'd love to have some more Wolfie Smith
2. Legendary Shark - Old Dreads, New Hopes. Good stuff
3. Cad City Blue - G.A.R.P.1 another old character that i love

Well done, all. And thanks as ever to BCB for keeping us going.

Prog / Prog 1920 - Shooting from the Lip

Cover by Dylan Teague. Not sure about it myself

Brett Ewins memorial panel in the Nerve Centre.

Dredd and Anderson gets some of their old school banter back and there's a Texas chainsaw moment as they're basically down to harsh language as the only weapons left.

Survival Geeks give us a steampunk geek-gasm last panel. Did it for me anyway.

Tharg's 3Riller ends and I think we win but not quite sure how yet. Need to read this closely.

The Order fights on with another big worm moment.

And in Savage ... well I didn't really see that coming but should have.

Yes, and it's a lovely moment as they drop through the letterbox. Re-discover the excitement of childhood at the postman's arrival.
