read somewhere that there was a shipping problem somewhwere in the US. some strike or something.
not too sure if that affects us.
plus its too rainy to walk into town to see if its there.
only 4 covers this time, though. bad show

the only problem,i think, with them is that you're not gonna get the best stories.
cause theyre gonna be in trade.
so, unless youre a big fan of some obscure story they arent gonna put in trade. your gonna love the floppie.
would also like to see them not running the same story concurently.
three months of mercy heights then two of tor cyan were a real slog.

i know you cant tell with one picture.
but, that looks lovely.
since sci-fi tends not to do that fantastic in comic form in the US.
i'm sure if he had a word with tharg. im sure it wouldn't look too out of place in the prog!

The original Cabin in the Woods was a short film made by Sam Raimi and was essentially a prototype for The Evil Dead. No home video edition exists but Studio Canal own the rights, so a home video release may be on the cards with the Evil Dead remake coming out next year

aren't you thinking of 'into the woods'?
it was supposed to be on the last release of evil dead. but legal issues stopped that.
ive seen it and its not that bad.

just checked. its called within the woods.

QuoteI couldn't justify £5.99 (if I recall correctly) on a standard comic just for the cover.

£5.99 ???
looks like i'm gonna half to pay quadruple that at my local comic book shop. :'( :'(

QuoteThe Shop Variant from Jetpack Comics, which has the black and white DREDDABILIA cover also has a different back to it!

the larrys comic variant also has a differant back cover.
its got the judge dredd logo  and has a blank/white back cover.
also, the card stock used is not the usual thick shiny card. just thick card.

this weeks prog must be in the guiness book of records for having the most gasps and 'oh, shit' moments in a single comic.
