Just had another look and it's really grown on me. Looking at the high Rez versions has certainly won me over. I reckon Team Talbot will be one to watch...

That really dose look fantastic, it will be great to see Talbot back in the prog. You are a lucky man Mike.

YAY Bryan Talbot! One of my favourite artists of all time. That looks stunning, very cinematic.

Yeah, the story-ville of Bryan's work will totally shine through all of the writing and nurture Mike's words like a good and wise adoptive parent. Then his son's life-schooling is going to be an absolute treat! I love the thugs being dispatched. I can't wait to see a lone Dredd panel too.

I'm very excited about this.

I'm not sure what to make of this artwork really. I want to see it on the printed page before passing judgement but it looks a bit too much like a still from a videogame for my liking.

Emperor

if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!

Bryan's making two appearances in Scotland this weekend, if anyone wants to catch him.  He's at Forbidden Planet Edinburgh at 12pm this Saturday, where he'll be signing copies of his new book, and then hotfooting it along the M8 for a signing and talk at Glasgow's Plan B graphic novel bookstore, from 4-6.

I dare say there'll be a smattering of droids in attendance, most likely at the Plan B session.

Lovely stuff. Good to see the Talbot droid back at 2000AD, this is going to really stand out in the prog.

Done a quick Q&A with Alwyn Talbot for the website.
Hopefully I'll get it back tomorrow and can post it up. Liked what I saw artwise on his website and seems like a really nice guy too.

Really interested to see how this strip turns out.
And can I add another quick congrats to Mike!
