I quite liked that episode.
Tate was very good.
Thought the aliens were a bit weak though.

Well I like Zombies and I like strippers but I'm not sure they go together.

Nazi's and strippers on the other hand go together like sowerkraut and weinerschnitzel. Just ask Max Mosely.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words.
 That's worth two and they're:

'That'll do.'

There is a quality tool sale starting Thurs 17th April.

Bargains galore!

The worst thing about DIY is not having the right tools.

I don't have a very extensive tool kit so I try to bodge everything with a screwdriver, an adjustable spanner and a hammer.

Great prog.

I thought Nick Dyer's art got better each week (or maybe I just got more used to it). I would be happy to see him on Dredd again.

Savage, 10 Seconders and Dead Eyes are all continuing well and are holding my interest. Especially Dead Eyes

Dead Signal was a great opener. The art reminded me a bit of Brett Ewins. I think it was the character design.

They need to kick RTD out and shake things up a bit.
I'll take over if they like.
I'd have George Foreman as the Doctor and Jimmy Krankie as his assistant.

The Doctor does seem to spend an awful lot of his time in contemporary Britain though. At least Pertwee had a reason to be stuck on Earth.

The current Doctor only seems to want to go elsewhere when he's showing off to a new assistant.

You'd think they could have come up with a reason for the Doctor to keep re-appearing in our time. Pehaps he is searching for something or there is a problem with the TARDIS and it keeps resetting itself to appear in the same place.

I thought it was really awful.
This was a really poor effort. RTD tried to mix cute, funny and scarey and failed on every level.

For an example of a successful mix of cute, funny and scarey watch something like Gremlins.

Nick Dyer's art has really grown on me and I'd be happy to see him do more Dredd stories.
I can see why some people say it's too cartoony but I've got used to it.

The most overlooked Dredd artist at the moment has to be Cliff Robinson. He does great covers, but please Tharg, get him on some strip work! Maybe a one off Dredd in prog 2008?

People who walk around with those drink cups with straws from McDonalds, KFC etc.

For some reason I think there's nothing more skanky than walking around slurping from one of those things.

The problem with Dirty Harry is that chicks don't like him.
That's why they put David Soul in the second one and a female partner in the third one. Something to help persuade the girlfriends to watch.

In a way I'm glad the Dredd film is dead and gone and for the most part forgotten.
If Dredd had become a movie franchise then we'd have had to suffer increasingly lame sequals and it probably would have done more damage to the public's perception of the character in the long run. Just look at Robocop, Terminator, Alien etc.
Knowing the Hollywood obssesion of having everything neatly connected the proposed Judge Death sequal would probably have had Death as Dredd's long lost son that got turned into a zombie by Fink Angel's poison or something.
