Missing progs

I'm missing some issues in the post from my subscription but so far have been unable to get a response or even contact a human being to try and get some replacements.
Things seem to have changed since I last had to renew my subscription and/or sort out any problem with it in that there appears to be no subscriptions link on the website, department in charge of subscriptions, person in charge of subscriptions or even any contact details for them.
I've tried emailing the shop address and calling them (on the few occasions I'm near a phone during work hours) and sending regular mail in the hopes of getting a response all without success.
Does anyone know of a definite way to get in touch with a human being that can help sort this out or is this downsizing a sign of the times?
