Marvel Dice Masters - X Men vs Avengers

Has anyone played this? Apparently it's the 'next big thing' after X-Wing.
I haven't played it yet but I've just spent loads of money on it so hope it's good! Hopefully I'll be able to update after the weekend (looks very pretty though).

Hmmm. Comics theme = good. Dice = bad in my book. My euro stylee tastes don't favour the randomness they bring. If I lose, which I usually do, I like to blame myself rather than the roll of the dice. Still, I may be wrong and will await your report with interest.

Is it any good, then? My FLGS now has it in and it is tempting me with its shininess. Should I?

Yeah, it's good. Fast paced and fun.
Obviously the dice bring a certain amount of randomness but there's still an element of skill. Besides, the dice look cool!
