I'm currently looking for dependable and talented artists to illustrate short, self-contained stories in the second volume of my Devilchild graphic novel series. It will be launched at the end of May at the UK comics festival in Bristol.
One of the stories is a whimsical comedy-horror tale about a skeleton army (six pages), the other concerns the rise and fall of a super-powered misogynist (six-seven pages).
The first volume of Devilchild was launched at the Bristol fest in May 2002 and went on to get some very good reviews (read 'em here: http://www.devil-child.co.uk/index2.htm). It's a small press project so I can't afford to pay anyone (including myself), but I think everyone who contributed to Vol. 1 found it useful in terms of exposure and experience.
If you're interested, drop me a line at andywinter1@yahoo.com
I would if I could, but I can't so I won't.
Soz :o( (enjoyed the first GN, BTW)
I'm interested but at this point look too busy. I'll see what the workload's like in a week or two and then maybe e-mail you if it's light.
