Rogue Judge

Any chance they will release Judge Dredd: Trifecta in paperback (instead of HC)? I like constancy and have been sticking to mostly softcover so far. I really want to read it so I may have to buy it regardless...

I completely missed that (Summer Magic news). Great news for those that don't own it. Not many to go now!

Presumably this means that MAC-1 has resolved issues he had.  And hopefully that means we might possibly get some continuation in the future?

This has come up before. I'm pretty sure Rebellion are confident that their legal advice on Zenith holds true for Luke Kirby as well. ISTR some comment on FB from MacKenzie that the new collection was news to him...

O Lucky Stevie!

Si Spencer & Jake Lynch's Scando-thrill HAVN debuts in Meg 382.

Has anybody mentioned elsewhere that this is the very same Meg that sees the fruits of Rebellion's recent IPC purchase make it's presence felt in the floppy? First cab off the rank is The Lawless Touch by Kelvin Gosnell (aka Starlord) & Barrie Look Out For Lefty Mitchell from the pages of Tornado

Jumping on Prog 2023 sees the start of a run of Dredds by John Wagner (remember him?)
First up is Get Jerry Sing with Carlos, followed up by the Mechanismo story with John McCrea which is entitled Harvey.

Also beginning in Prog 2023 are:

Pat Mills & John Higgins re-unite for the final series of Greysuit: Foul Play
The Fall of Deadworld: Cursed by Kek-W & Dave Kendall
Scarlet Traces: The Cold War Book 2 from Edgy & D'izzy
Defoe: Die Hards courtesy of Mills & Colin MacNeill

Oh & the FCBD 2017 Prog features:

Judge Dredd: Forty Years of Hurt courtesy of Matt Smith & Phil Winslade
Anderson vs Trapper Hag by Dabnett  & the wonderful Euro-stylings of Dani
A Blackblood solo story from Mills & Kel Zama
Hope by Guy Adams & Jimmy Broxton
The Dreams of Deadworld again by Kek-W & Dave Kendall

If there is nothing above that sends your thrill circuits abuzz then there is something wrong with you

O Lucky Stevie!

She was the stand out of last year's very fine FCBD prog, wasn't she?

That's some remarkable thrills on the offing!

That FCBD has an excellent lineup as usual, putting all the others to shame!

Will be great to see Winslade on a Dredd tale, but all of it sounds like top draw stuff!!!!!  :)

Very excited and not entirely surprised to hear that the IPC stuff is being used to pad out the floppies. Tharg was getting low on the 2000ad stuff and not all of it will be commercially viable (I'm guessing) on its own and this is a wonderful way to get it out there and hopefully will have a bit of a boost for the Meg as well.

Good stuff Tharg and his minions.

O Lucky Stevie!

& fingers crossed that the reason why they haven't gone for The Leopard of Lime Street or New Statesmen (ahem) straight out of the gate is that Tharg is saving these gems for the trade. [/pure speculation]

Interesting, if those page counts are correct (which we can never be sure of ) that Brink would seem to be released as one series in a the trade? Hope that means we haven't got a long wait for book 2?

glassstanley

Skizz - hopefully this will be complete. Titan/Best of 2000AD/RebellionDC reprints have all had either 1 or 3 pages committed. Where the missing pages were reinstated, amendments to the opening text of the following page remained edited. Given that this is a stylistic feature of much of More's work, I'd hope that the original text can be reinstated, as well as the missing pages.

Lawless at 128 pages makes no sense which unfortunately calls into question other page numbers.
