By 2105, Baffin Island is an independent state complete with an embassy in Mega-City One according to the Daily Star Dredd strip 'Baffin Island Ambassador'.

How about a serialisation in the Megazine of John Caliber's MUNCE ANNUALS? That would be very cool! 

Does anyone know when the Daily Star Dredd are due to be reprinted and will it include the publication dates for each strip?

I'll certainly be grabbing a copy as soon as it's released. 

Which prog was that biter scene in?  The only MC1 biter I remember was in the first Kenny Who story.
