Prog 1270 print fault?

My copy of prog 1270 has a large pale yellow streak down page 4 of Judge Dredd which doesn't look like it's supposed to be there since it is in front of the speech bubbles it crosses. Does anyone else have this?

Is the new prog out already?  Where I am you don't get it 'till Wednesday or Thursday, if you're lucky.  One week it didn't even show up at all.

Subscribers tend to get their copies on Monday or Tuesday. Occasionally it might be Saturday or Wednesday but since mine is sent to work I never get it Saturday. If it hasn't arrived by Friday I email the subs department to ask for a replacement.
