If people feel strongly about this, and about some of the fairly odious things scojo has said about his behaviour after jenny specifically asked him to stop pestering her online, then they should complain to the moderator of this board.

If he can't or won't do anything, then complain to Rebellion's Mark Chapman or Dominic Preston, both of whom have the authority to get the repulsive little toad kicked off the board.  You can email them through the them to their names in the Command Module section of the Creators Zone.

Toadjo gets away with a fair bit on this board, but I don't think it should become an open forum for cyberstalking.

Interested earthlets should also be aware that Dan Abnett's Gaunt's Ghosts and Inquisitor novel series for Games Workshop are also well worth reading, even if you don't know anything about the games.

...but testicles the size of grape seeds.

Life's cruel like that.

No. nothing at all in 2000AD, or mainstream comics in general, at least as far as I'm aware.

Eddie's known best for his own writer-artist stuff like Bacchus and some autobiogrphical work.

And Eddie Campbell.

Alan's artist collaborators tend to rightfully get quite annoyed when people insist on talking about "Alan Moore's Watchmen", "Alan Moore's V For Vendetta" etc.

It takes two or more people to make a comic, usually.

>It's like a pantomime in hell.

Indeed.

Scojo:  "Right, that's it.  I mean it this time.  I'm leaving the board."

Everyone else: "Oh no you're not."

Scojo: "Oh yes I am."

Etc etc.

you've also just given me an idea, steven.

Maybe I can interest 2000AD in a new series called 'Shaky-o', the tale of a giant killer polar bear whose one artistic talent is for bad Jack Kirby pastiches.

It's a winner, I tell you, a winner!

Heh.

At least we can both agree on the tragically unrecognised brilliance of Shako.

I was of course reffering to the Loony Who Shall Not Be Named, whose recent departure from our midst at least means that somewhere out there some lucky village is at least getting their idiot back.

>my god! I remember now, Black Star was >absolutrly diabolical! An atrocity! Wasn't >issue three made only of reprints of strip from >issue 1 and 2?

I believe it was.

There was an editorial from Shaky up on their site once, although it got taken down pretty sharpish.  It was basically a foul-mouthed rant from him about a bad review they got, and that it was clearly an anti-Black Star conspiracy, since the same mag also ran ads for 2000AD.

No, I don't quite follow the logic there either.

Anyway, I wish Shaky's admirers here could read it since it made even s***o seem like a shining beacon of professional conduct, and did a lot to explain why the Shakemeister can't get arrested in the comics biz these days.

>Does he still make comics? What does he now?

A thing called Black Star Comics, which seems to have died on its arse, unsurprisingly.  If I can find the link to their website, I'll post it, assuming the site is still there.

Sean Phillips and his wife.

That pic was used about 11 or 12 years ago when the Meg first launched.
