Until recently, I have never been able to buy all of Farscape, my favorite sci-fi programme, due to the ridiculous price for a 4 episode box, let alone a complete box set.

Just to let anyone know who's interested - i just got all 4 series box sets from asda for 111.00 - slightly better than the £264 wanted by hmv

Help! / Re: may have been answered already...

just read the interview were it said: 4,5,& 6 had finally been cancelled by image -how sad.

Just wonder if the comic had come out originally around now, if Kirkman could have meadiated anything?!

I mean, i think Irving's art is second to none but, letting the comic go by the by and then to focus on us comic covers or a marvel third-tear characters mini?!  well, i can't see the logic other than perhaps CASH?

The question is: if i gave up reading 2000ad, (i don't read the meg,) what would i read instead that would be as constistantly as good weekly?

You could choose 1  monthly comic title, (to try and save money,) ; the boys, usagi yojimbo etc.

but i find a months wait is far too long for a 'thrill-fix' and as i've stated in threads before - there really isn't anything as constantly good as Wagner's dredd.

and great sci-fi comic titles are frew and far between, though fear agent is worth checking out, tony moore's art in it is brilliant.

Cover: Superb B movie feel to it.

Droid Life: comical sin-city esque!

Dredd: getting interesting now, let's see if the average judges can pull together to defeat the eventual prison riot which i think will ensue.

Stront: Loving this and to be honest, never was that into Carlos's eart until his cover spot on the boys! Coolest story of the week

Dante: read it once just pics and dialogue and then again with blurbs.  'sok, enthuses me as much as sin/dex really.  If you were there at the beginning, probably means more.

Kingdom: what don't i love about this?!  Should it have been 'Ren' kingdom?

Shakara: too much talking!!! I know a strip can't just be action with single screams every now then, (or can it?)

Harry kipling deceased: I wish!!!!!

very cool prog all in all

I miss cucumber!!

I'm sure this would be done in us comics rather than 2000ad but, have you ever thought that Alpha could be brought back to life re. a time bomb scenario?!

Just a thought I had whilst reading this weeks S/D
