Well, there are a couple of things you could try.

Firstly, wait until nightfall and then go outside into the woods, procede to roll around on the ground with no shirt on, rubbing mud, moss and feces (your own if possible) into your hair and eyes, all the while letting out a gutteral, animal moaning sound, sporadically bellowing at the moon and crying, punching yourself in the face and masturbating.
