A shop switches over to a new computerised ystem that predicts demand and it starts sending them supplies in advance of them being made due to being linked to so many other computers - then it sends them some Nuclear War survival stuff as it has heard the big one is about to start?

It looks like it will be in the next volume of the Complete Future Shocks, since they seem to be up to Prog 214 in the first volume (The English/Phlondrutian Phrasebook).
