Thanks to sterling work from The Cosh over the past few days, BARNEY's Prog and Meg databases are now back up to date, and I should be able to keep them that way.

The Corinthian is working on filling some of the ancient gaps (such as the Starlord annuals) but what I could really do with now is someone who has lots of the recent graphic novels.

For each book, I am looking for:

Publisher (i.e. Rebellion)
Title
Publication date
RRP
Cover artist
ISBN

and the titles and source (2000AD, Megazine or Specials) of the contents in order.

I should be able to get the cover image and the main details from http://www.2000adonline.com/books/ but not the confirmed contents.

Cheers,

Wake

Great Stuff  - nothing beats Barney!
If I'd known it was harmless I would have killed it myself.

Barney rocks - and is an excellent illustration of why fans make better websites than companies.

Emperor

Impressive work and much appreciated.

Now who is up for updating the fanzines?

Something odd is happening with Dogbreath 17 for starters - the image is missing and some of those stories are from Dogbreath 18:

Compare with:

http://comicbookdb.com/issue.php?ID=138674

I believe Bolt has all the information in spreadsheets,

Also I don't want to come across as some kind of egotistical monster but... could I be added there too? There are now a few Dogbreath credits and one for Zarjaz.
if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!

Wake- I've still got the spreadsheet you sent me last time- so I'll update that for you for the Zarjaz & Dogbreath.

Yeah, Barney rules. Last night I wanted to see all the covers done by a certain artist. This site just listed prog numbers, where as lovely Barney actually showed me them all.

Similarly, if looking for the contents of a specific prog is a bit of a fanny on this site. There may be a better way but if, say, I wanted to see the contents of prog 598, I'd have to go to the 'Vault', then 'All', then press 'Previous' a bazillion times to skip through over a thousand progs until I got to the 598. I know no one with any sense would do this, they'd pick a recent prog and change the prog number in the url to 598, but it's still a bit of a fart.

Sorry to gripe, I totally appreciate the oodles of hard work W3bz has put in, but it seems crackers that Barney is so much friendlier to use than the official site...

Yes Finally! you have made my day!
