Curious:

Looks like a prog in a frame to me! I have asked her who's signed it (looks like a newsagent has written 'Ian' on it) does that count as signed? We shall see...

Haha that is a prog in a frame. And I'll be the Ian is the person who had it held for them at the newsagent. My newsagent always used to write my name at the top like that and I would tell him not to do it.

I think my name's in that prog, as a competition winner. Even I'm not bidding!

Either she's having a laugh or someone else was having one. I'd love to know how she got the RRP of £79!

Nope, never saw that.
I seem to keep seeing the same things again and again but not all these good things that people keep buying.

Like the look of the Halo Jones pages he has, but £150 each?

Yea, I think it's quite telling that they've no bids on them whereas last week's Halo page had raced past £300 with several days to go...

Skullmo

I would assume that one Halo Jones fan is now skint

And the other one fighting them doesn't want anything but the one they missed :P

Ebay is a crazy place!

I wonder how big the concept of ebay regret is. I once had someone bid £200 on a rare dvd i was selling and then not pay. when it went to dispute he said that his baby son had bid on it by hitting the keys .  . . .

Just admit you went overboard!
It's a joke. I was joking.

I don't like it... :-[

Me neither. Its an average cover (no disrespect to King Carlos) and in that poor condition its pretty much worthless. He did well to get that price, i think.

opaque

Some people just want a cover.
The thing is that these are one-off's. So if you have it you have it. And if you have lots of money why not spend it on something unique?

Not even the 2000ad banner though which I think weakens it a bit even though it would have just been a stick-on deal.
