Well, there's a mix up and there's an utter refusal to listen to advice to the point of frustration...

Come on guys, that's enough. There's no need to be mean. A mix up about an operating system from someone not fully versed in such things is not unusual and shouldn't cause such derision.

Nope. She was told by several people who had been patiently trying to help her that no such OS existed yet. Rather than believe them, she provides results from a Google Search on Win 8.2, with the first bit in the list, rather amusingly being the link already provided proving it doesn't exist.

After this, she still chooses not to believe the people whose help she's been asking for, because, y'know HENRY KNOWS OTHERWISE.

As Jim suggests, if that's true then why doesn't she get get Henry to fix the fucking thing and stop wasting her time asking the clueless fools here.

And it was Nexus mod manager we were  trying to use with the nexus mods. That makes sense right?

If your Henry is so ass backwardsly broken and diseased  I suggest you take it outside and shoot it or, you know, format the shit out of it and start again fresh. And then set fire to it, just in case.

I don't think anyone can help you with your skyrim modding problems, mostly because your replies are vague or plain mad.
If you are keen to give it a go then your best bet would be to undo everything you have done and just give S.T.E.P project a try, it's a detailed step by step guide to updating skyrim and adding mods.

Use mod organizer instead of nexus mod manager
