Thanks! That is a concern, I must admit!

Morning folks! I'm Ash. Hi, etc.

D'ya want the long story as to why I'm here? No? Shame 'coz you're gonna get it.

About 25-odd years ago, I was given a couple of 2000AD/Dredd books and a few comics. Ploughed through them in no time. Loved the Psi Division stuff in particular. But my Mum (being my Mum ::)) was all "Nah, I'm not sure I want you reading that stuff" and I was never given any more, and being a kid I had a minor strop and then forgot all about it.

Fast forward to last weekend. After a heavy Friday night, I find 'Comic Book Men' online on the Saturday and think "yeah, that looks like nice light entertainment I can cope with in my current state", and binged a load of episodes. During one of them, they're talking about 'best helmets'. (No laughing at the back) and Judge Dredd came up. Assorted bells started ringing so I thought, "I wonder what's going on on that score these days?" so off to the 2000AD shop I trot.

First thing I see is the Prog 2137 cover! Much success, etc. Remembering my fondness for Anderson, I bought Psi Files volume 1, Shamballa, 2137, and the 'Year One' book. Minor fast-forward to today, and I'm totally hooked again. Only now being 38, there's no parental veto.

I'm generally more of a lurker than a poster, but thought I'd do the intro out of etiquette.

Anyone got a Psi Files 2 they don't want?
