Well, that's a cheery thought for a Sunday morning. Way to kill the positive vibes, sir. Congratulations!

Hey, it's just stopped bloody snowing here again!!!  Where the hell did that come from?   ::)

Personally I find that the artist is less of a problem than the writer.  Harrison and McNeil's (?) work on the Final Solution jarred a bit at first but has grown on me over the years (finally got the 'Shine on you Crazy Diamond' line as well).  Similarly' Dobbyn's work suited the strip well.  Some of the Tales of the Doghouse and Gronk stuff just ... well, what can I say?

Ezquerra will always be my first choice but we do have to be a little realistic.  Like too many of us, he is staring his own mortality in the face.  Let's hope its for a while yet though.

Wholeheartedly agree on this week.  A sumptuous feast!  Weston, Ezquerra, Coleby, Teague, Cornwell ... oh my!  I've not been a massive fan of Stront since the resurrection but this one looks promising.  My money is also on the fan theory on Sternhammer junior's treatment but with Wagner anything is possible.

The Biotronic stickers tend to go for about £300-£400 with the prog since they are pretty scarce.  The other two gifts in the £50-£100 range (someone did try a knock off of the spinner last year for a couple of hundred but didn't get anywhere).  Personally, I'm in the 'no progs?' camp on this one.  Best of luck though.

Aye, plus we get absolutely nothing from the opposition because they are all scared of the 'will of the people' [should be spoken in the same tones of voice as 'the greater good' a la Hot Fuzz].  Blair damaged the UK's international reputation with his unwavering support of Bush but Cameron looks set to have done far more damage with his spineless fear of the nutters in his party.  We are paying the price in endless austerity.

For the Tories, Sovereignty equals whatever is in the best interest of themselves / their donors.  Clearly the Skripral incident has got their Russian donors spooked. To quote Camelot, "it could be you!"

Continuing the news that Trump's weapons in schools policy is so hare brained it is unreal ...

Can I congratulations to our American brethren for electing the physical incarnation of Bad Bob Booth?

The Sci Fi special was the pseudo-Scout camp story ("sorry, I skipped two pages")  The jungle story was D.R. and Quinch get drafted ("Don't know, they must be claustrophobic.")

Plus .. Alan Davies Art.  Always a pleasure.

New series: Savage vs Hammerstein vs Dredd vs the absolute limits of continuity

Which arguably has already happened since Mega City 1 is mentioned in the last of Hammerstein's War Memoirs.  One of his platoon mentions it as they are demobbed.

What a beautiful day for putting on a fez, running into a funeral home and shouting, "Just like that!"

R.I.P. Ken.

I thought that was Tommy Cooper?
