so I thought I'd start a thread based around obscure T.V shows from the past.

Does anyone remember watching Thunderbirds 2086? It was a Japanese anime thing based loosely on the Gerry Anderson series.

I remember having 2 episodes on a VHS tape. I Don't recall ever seeing it on T.V. It was pretty good. If anyone wants to see what the hell I'm rambling on about, there are a few full episodes on youtube.

When the movie came out Total Film Australia had a fold out of the movie poster which I have since had framed, but the fold marks still annoy me. Does anyone know where I can find a reproduction or original movie poster? Every time I search I just end up finding the Stallone poster. Cheers. GC.

Since the weekend just gone, whenever I visit the board I get this pop up.

Haven't changed any settings in this time or what not. Anyone else experienced this? I'm guessing it's nothing to be worried about. Just thought I'd ask.

So E3 has started. And so far the 2 biggest announcements are Halo Collection and GTA V next gen....

I already own Halo 1-4 and GTA V... So they want me to buy a new console so that I can play the games I already own?

So I went to see X-men the other day. I'm sitting in the cinema, watching the film when I hear this noise from behind me. "Hey Bro........yeah I'm at the movies..........nah I'm in x-men.......like right now.....yeah bro it's on right now...... yeah in 3d...... I'll come see you after the movie......"

This was about an hour in to the film. There were only about 8 people in the place because it was during the day on a week day. And this guy was on his own. Now what would be the correct way to handle the situation?

What 2000ad characters would you like to see on the big screen?

Personally I'd like to see a Lobster Random movie directed by Takashi Miike. Imagine the bloodbath that one could be!

In a perfect world, what would you like to see and what actors/directors doing the job?

Does anyone else listen to music to go to sleep? It seems I really struggle to get to sleep if there is no background music playing. Usually a bit of ambient dub does the trick. Recently it's been a lot of 10 Ft. Ganja Plant and Panda Dub

Any more classic songs that you feel have been ruined? Yes I know that both Jimmy Page and Ozzy Osbourne were involved with those songs above. That still doesn't make it right though.

Me and a workmate were discussing this the other day. Songs that as soon as they come on the radio instantly make you think of something.

Be it getting an ear cut off or Ray Winstone in some speedos

What (if any) songs do you find do this to you?

Obviously songs get used in lots of films so don't list every song used in a movie, more just the iconic stuff that everyone relates the song with the movie to.

If someone could help before I go start gunning people down in the street it would be much appreciated.

This one should be simple. What is your favourite guitar solo of all time ever? To this day, Stairway To Heaven still inspires me. Every note is just perfect. I can not fault it. So what's yours?

A while back I found a website that did 2000ad t-shirts (as well as others : dc comics, movies etc) in a v-neck style. I have a couple from Jack Of All Trades but they are a regular neck style which I don't really like (I have a big neck )

If anyone knows what I'm on about can you please let me know as I bookmarked the page on my old computer which is now no longer with us (r.i.p) and I could do with some new shirts.
