I've had to complain to the landlord about drug dealers living next door to us as of today they have been given 2 months to leave.
Tomorrow she is phoning the letting agent to say she didn't know it was her boyfriend.
Can/would the letting agent tell them who complained??

STRONTIUM DOG: PORTRAIT OF A MUTANT

John Wagner, Carlos Ezquerra.

NEW MUTANT ARMY! In the far future, Strontium-90 fallout has created a race of mutants. Outcasts from society, they are despised by the ‘norms’ and given only the dirtiest job – bounty hunting. Johnny Alpha is one such mutant, working for the Search/Destroy Agency, hunting down the criminals for the Galactic Crime Commission.

Portrait of a Mutant explores Johnny Alpha’s tragic early years fighting for survival amongst the ranks of the Mutant Army against his hate-filled father Kreelman, and features the introduction of many popular supporting characters such as the Torso from Newcastle and the knobbly-headed Glaswegian, Middenface McNulty.

144 pages (B-Format paperback) | £6.99 | ISBN: 978-1-78108-143-3

Whether it will feature any of Tales from the DogHouse, if not i would love to see them fleshed out into a GN/Floppy

Help! / Where to nuy dvds?
« on: 09 February, 2013, 02:28:48 PM »
I believe our hmv store will continue business at least atm (not one on the list of closures) their website is now down and play seem to have stopped trading and instead doing the whole third party nonsense.

As such other than amazon are there any websites that sell a comprehensive selection of dvds??? or is it just amazon now?

Help! / Help identifying 80's kid's program (uk)
« on: 08 November, 2012, 04:47:04 PM »
Sorry to be vague, i've been looking into buying Wind in the Willows when i remembered that there was another program that featured insect's??? a talking black beetle that may have had an almost human shape?

He may have hung/lived in a tree and was voiced (possibly) by an actor that was fairly well known

It's damn vague if anyone could help i'd be over the moon.

Film & TV / Doctor Who dvd collection???
« on: 09 September, 2012, 08:01:50 PM »
Is there a collection of Dr Who dvd's that collect from 1963 onwards not including the last 7 season's of course as their fairly accessable.

Looking at play hasn't really helped with regards to begining with a collection and IMDB isn't much better either that or i'm looking at it all wrong.
Where to start????

Are the Peter Cushing Doctor Films considered to be part of the Doctors history or were they stand alone offerings i ask this because i remember the Peter Cushing Doctor Who films fondly yet reading reviews it would seem some if not most hated them??

Help! / Problem with pc?
« on: 30 August, 2012, 01:53:04 PM »
Hi all need some advice....after putting my PC on standby if i later return and tap a key to start things up again i get a black screen that can last 5 minutes before revealing my desktop sometimes brighter with a washed out look or as a couple of days ago a light greenish colour.
Sometimes if i then switch off the pc my monitor stays on and i have to switch on and off a number of times before the monitor goes back to standby.

It hasn't always done this and i'm wondering if anyone else has has the same problem is it the graphics cards/drivers/monitor or something else???

I can't to the best of my knowledge find any problems with the monitorGFX cards/pc so i'm puzzled and don't really want to take it somewhere to get fixed if it's something i can fix myself IE if it's a driver/program or even the standby settings

I'm currently running Vista and have done for a number of years despite having windows 7 available

i have 2xNvidia geforce 8600 gs's

General / Dredd's progression as a character
« on: 19 July, 2012, 12:43:04 PM »
I'm currently reading through the casefiles again and maybe i've never really took notice before. But it seem's  that early on he was more than willing to let people of with smaller crime's.

Both Maria and Walter in the early cases get away with crimes that carry a sentence as revealed by dredd at the time,so i guess the question is when and why he lost some of that soft touch or was it a progression of his character that was given no reason?
