Not entirely on-thread, but Hachette’s Transformers series has been extended to 100 issues.

Good, on the basis that the existing length was absurd. It was supposed to cover from the original Marvel books through to the end of the IDW run (pre-reboot), but there weren’t enough pages. Mind you, the repro was absolute dogshit on the Marvel US stuff, sadly.

It wasn't suppose to cover all of IDW it was the standard number for a partwork collection and It was up to the editors of the collection to fit as much as possible into the 80 issues.

On the 2000 AD wikipedia page there is a pdf of what strips have been printed up to Prog 2100. I downloaded it and use a PDF highlighter to mark whats been printed in the Ultimate collection just to keep a list of what has and hasn't been reprinted

I am living in south east Ireland and recently decided to order these from a newsagent, but after a few weeks of nothing turning up I was finally told that they can't get them though they could earlier on in the series.
They only seem to turn up sporadically  in other book shops so I am wondering if the print numbers are dropping. I really get the impression that this collection hasn't really taken off.
Last year I was collecting the  deAgnostini Art Gallery series which promised to be 60 issues but it stopped at 40, so these companies do cut their losses when they have to.

Living also in the South East this weeks Slaine and another from May can't recall didn't turn up in my local newsagent/bookshop. Hopefully its only a temporary thing.

Due to various things I missed Issue 84 Blood of Emeralds in my local newsagents. Does anyone know if i purchase it from the Hachette shop will it come with the reprint issue aswell ?

No it doesn't. Just had a delivery of the last three books I was missing as never subscribed and 84 was one of them.

Shame the spines don't match up from 80-81 but can't justify spending a tenner to correct their ridiculous mistake.

I asked on Facebook page and was told "When you place an order for 84 it will automatically be sent with a replacement of issue 44. if it happens that issue 44 is not included you can request a replacement of 44 using your order number."

Not so far, unless it's in Crazy Town - any subscribers care to enlighten?

Uncle Ump's Umpty Candy (Prog 145) is in 88 Crazy Town

Plenty of people went nuts with the endless Marvel extensions but that didn't stop them from adding more and more extensions. I would be happy if the collection stopped at 90 but with the incomplete spine image on 90 and after seeing the sketch for the complete image in the 200 AD sketch book I wouldn't mind 10 more issues but with the repeat publication of Debris I would be concerned that future volumes would have more repeat duplication's.

Looking at the facts a complete graphic novel collection partwork has yet to finish its run but looks like Dredd might be the first.

I had a word document of all Dredd stories. I started highlighting what was in the mega collection in red and in what volume. I have a few volumes left to add college work has taken priority the last while but once the mega collection is finished I'll be able to see whats missing and what is available elsewhere as a trade or complete case file.

I been lurker here for quite awhile but I read a few comments where people have been asking what has been printed and was hasn't been printed. A short time ago I started putting my own list together but I have around 20 volumes left to add but it gives a fair idea of what has and hasn't been published. Hopefully this link works though you might have to download it.
