I have to admit, I didn't like Burns' Dredd art, but it's growing on me. He still draws his helmet too short though. Sinister Dexter......WHY??? It reads like a f**king Beano story. Dick Rancid indeed (ho ho bloody ho). Stop it Abnett or I'll lose all respect for you.

hello y'all. I'm a quite good, but unpublished artist who wants to break into comics. Trouble is, I'm not too hot when it comes to scripting. Do any of you have any scripts that you've written that I could maybe draw for you? we could possibly help each other into the magical and exciting world of comics. My style has been described as clean cut manga style, and a bit Steve Dillony. Any scripts, suggestions or comments welcome. Cheers.

comics are considered more geeky than books because they usually feature men in tight, brightly coloured costumes hitting each other and grimacing, with virtually nothing in the way of characterisation or emotional development. We are geeks I'm afraid, someones got to do it.

Don't re-read it! You've already wasted about 15 minutes of your precious life reading it once. It's absolutely crap. Not as crap as the one from last month written by David Bishop though. I can't believe they've gone from Scarlet Traces and Rogue trooper reprints to Family which is a confused and boring mess. All the characters look and speak the same. I don't have any idea what's going on and don't care. This months Dredd was good though and I personally like young Middenface. Black Siddha has taken 6 months to do precisely nothing except contain some daft carry on style "humour". Bring back Lenny Zero.
