Back again for more help :( i vaguely remember a story line in the 80's or early 90's were some samurai looking officers were bad guys? at the end of the story i think(think) that dredd killed there leader?? and escaped via a hole in a mountain? like a bat out of hell..

These officers/bad guys had samurai looking armour the design of there outfits looked japanese so forgive me if you dont know what the hell i mean its a been a long time.

Any info or the story name, prog numbers etc you can give would be great

Thanks for the help in all honesty the chopper character as a whole is by far one of my favourite characters and wouldnt mind paying for the complete set of stories even if that meant buying them via seperate graphic books...........though one or 2 books would be better.

Hi  everyone my name is paul im 32 and discovered 2000ad nearly 25 years ago via a lodger my parents had in our then house. he would pass on the progs as soon as he was finished reading them, some of my favourites from back then are zenith, the chopper series, slaine, rogue trooper, strontium dogs etc.

I later became a big collector of marvel and dc comics till i discovered image comics and its various off shoot studio's amd dark horse comics. im now in the process of completing rather bif collections with issues i missed.

Recently ive found time to dig through my collection thats been hidden away safe in boxes for the best part of 9 years and its kicked my interest again

and im hoping to get back into some of the older 2000ad material
