I think the title of "Doctor" comes with the castle and the tesla coils, I'll let you know when the catalogue arrives...

Heh - that's the only reason I did a PhD, and I'm still waiting.  The only less reliable route to terrorising peasants is to have clipped the coupon at the end of 'The Wages of Sin', and I did that as well :-(  Oh well, back to the drawing board (or dissection kit).

Anyway, well done Noisy.

My name is Floyd, and I haven't read Watchmen or V for Vendetta, but I'm taking it one day at a time...

Well done, Floyd.  This is like some kind of the shame-of-comics-not-read-anonymous or something.  The first step towards recovery is admitting you have a problem, and you're among friends here.

(raising a clenched fist of solidarity for brother Kermode)

p.s. I can lend you some back issues of Bunty if you want*

*not really.

Well if you liked Top 10 vol 1, you can't really go wrong with volume 2.  I though both were great.  Not read Tom Strong though, sorry*.

* heh - but you should hear what Floyd hasn't read...I think he's still standing in a corner with his hands on his head.

The love and companionship so often found throughout the internet.

Actually, jeb, I think that's what Byron was threatening you with if you don't spill the beans.

Congrats on your new job, Max.

Hmm... yes, Bolland it is.  Why did they ever change the boots to something sensible?

That Fabry pin-up Dudley posted is nice, too.  I'm sure he would have kept the original boots.

Does this seem like I have a boot fixation?  I don't.  Now those zips, on the other hand...

Congratulations all round, and another awwwwwww.

I recently got sent a picture of my fairly recent niece, wearing the getup below, which I thought was rather stylish.http://img8.imgspot.com/u/04/293/15/fortune.jpg">

Bump

Look at that - LMS came out of a thread side street without warning!  Now I have whiplash and will be consulting my solicitor.

Worth a bump, though :-)

Thanks for that, Scottie and Max.

Nice to see the footage, but what's with the "People are Strange" soundtrack?  What do the BBC think we are, weirdos?  Heh.

Just watched the trailer for the new Kerry documentary (follow the link).

Argh, this kind of stuff makes my blood boil - John O'Neill (Swiftboat Veterans for 'Truth' and author of 'Unfit for Command') has apparently been used before to discedit Kerry - during the Nixon era (when 'Vietnam Veterans for a Just Peace' was established to counteract Kerry and 'Vietman Veterans Against the War').  What a sneaky bunch of sneckers.

One more month.  Please.
