its a pitty i've never managed to sit all the way through Blade Runner without falling asleep as that scene alone should make it worth it but i've tried so many times and just snuff out after they kill the snake replicant. Oh well I've got it on DVD and might try again tonight thats given me a hankering.

One thing that frustrates me about that scene is that the dialogue is barely audible. If I forced my mother to sit through the movie, that one beautiful scene is what would make it worth her time, but she'd never understand a word of it.

It's very difficult for film makers to make futuristic movies without being influenced by BladeRunner. It really was ahead of it's time.

Bit of a problem for the Matte Artisits on the JD3D film. I'm sure they'll come up with something spectacular. It isn't called the Mega City for nothing though.
