Apparently it is. It made me laugh, but then I like slapstick.

However, I gave up reading it when the reviewer asked the question, "Do you think laughing at a idiot is a good comedy?", at which point I realised the reviewer doesn't know enough about comedy to be reviewing it in the first place.
