The power of the true ninja is that they can strike from anywhere. Just because you are in a brightly lit shop, wandering amongst lady's unmentionables doesn't mean you are safe. It may even be that the ninja would prefer to strike then as your defences would be down.

There is a comedy sketch at least in there.
