Where was that Carver Hale picture from, I haven't seen it before, has it been on the cover of 2000AD?

i have never been in the UK when these took place
but basically its a gathereing of sad comic fan boys and girls, artists and script writers, sellers and buyers based around dredd and tooth and sci fi stuff right,
now if thats right and im sure there is more
i want dates and i want them now, as i may need to start swimming to make it in time.
damn i want to go.

any one here want to rub it in how damn great this is, and what i will be missing,.
I AM VERY BUSY!
PJ Maybe and I use the same dictionary, live with it.

NO 2000ad no life!
