The God of War games and MGS Peacewalker are all excellent games and I would recommend them to any PSP owner.

If you're into GTA Chinatown Wars is brilliant, and very well tailored for the handheld from the ground up. Really one of my favorite GTA games out there.

I liked Killzone:Liberation too, its a 3rd person isometric shooter so if you like action its a lot of fun. Swear-inducingly hard in places but really satisfying.
