I must be behind on internet speak... Never heard of this kind of e-mail behaviour being called a meme. Spam, yes, not meme.

It's the action of creating the images that spread, along a theme is the Meme, not the spreading of them.
My mind is ticking over with plays on the 'Wait for what?' theme...
