Yup, and the artwork I've seen from it is very nice - I believe it will show up in 2K somewhat later in the year.

There could be a lot of good stuff in an epic or an arc about letting mutants into MC1 - it's an issue that's been bubbling away for years like the democracy stories. This isn't it though.
