Smart R2-D2 reduced from £120 to £30; I ordered one for my son and it's amazing.

In other news, we're finally moving house in just under two weeks so I will be able to start on this project shortly after that. I currently have issues 1 - 12 and am just itching to get started.

It's picked-up a dirty great crack down the middle during the move.  :'( I'm going to see if I can get it repaired.

Damn straight. Hope the old trooper recovers from his wounds soon.

I'm quite excited about this and also intrigued as to how many full body shot images of R2 they have to use for those covers! They need to be a little more creative I'd suggest!

So... will it include periscopes, drinks trays, light sabres and *shudder* leg-mounted jet packs?

Weird - you'd think they wouldn't need to rotate between four pics when they have seven films (so far, plus a cameo in Rogue One) to choose from.

Test fit (the bubbles on the lens are because I haven't peeled off the protective film yet.)
