Ah, it's a homage!  Thanks for explaining that Tordelback, I thought the artist had a problem with perspective (see also tiny exhaust pipes over Dredd's left knee).

I saw it pop up on Facebook last night, can't remember where. Perhaps if it is legit, the cover has the title dropped due to it being a subscription variant. Just a thought!

It was on IDW's facebook page, in their subscription covers, photo album. There are images up for issue three of this series already!
By the way, it comes out next week

These covers ... I've seen much better artwork on this forum. Isn't there enough decent Dredd already without them needing to go & do this? Don't they ever want to see another Dredd film?

Could be wrong but ISTR that they dropped the 'City of Courts' subtitle and it's just 'Mega City Two' now.
