The only thing that could of made this story interesting, was if the Police had shot him.  In fact I think we should start a campaigne "all people with beards should be shot"

I will concede that the Hitch Hikers Guide books were a lot better than the TV series which could only be described as tripe, but I still only managed to read one and a half of the Hitch Hikers Guide books before becoming bored.  So you are most likely right I don't understand the humour cos' it just wasn't funny.

I agree it was a bloody good read, the death was a bit of an anti-climax, zap you are dead, but did leave you wanting to read more.  Unlike Hitch Hikers guide to the Galaxy which was complete and utter pants and left me wondering why I ever bought it.

I hope there is a fair bit of fighting, as I thought the fourth film would have been loads better if the hybrid alien fought some of the standard aliens. As the quen was killed way to easily, and I had hoped alien fight there.....

Armoured Gideon was one of my all time favourite 2000AD stories.  However Really & Truly was the worst most pathetic story ever to be printed in 2000AD. So i guess 1993 good and bad.
