What's that comic book name?

I was just wondering if anyone can help me find the title and a character name a 2000AD comic book.

Actually I saw only few pages used as a decoration on the London Soho Crobar 's walls. The story was about a lady (human) getting married to a human-crocodile in a place referred as the "Zoo".

I'm sorry about the limited description, but I didn't manage to see much more. I remember the the girl had her eyes aways covered (sun glasses or something else).

I'd like to read that book but after 3 hour Google searches I'm about to give up.

The one where a blind pop singer marries a Klegg that has been raised as human for a publicity stunt which backfires.
