Can't imagine it's a patch on the stage play - probably the greatest bit of theatre I've ever seen.

holy shit that was a trailer, perfectly cut and music to die for, nearly made me tear up.  Dont know if I'll be able to handle the movie I'm such a sucker when it comes to animals (WE3 is the only comic to ever bring a tear to my eye) and Watership Down is a traumatic experience from my childhood.  Bout time some one did a epic WW1 movie too a subject we just dont hear about these days.
