Thrillpowerless! Sub Prog Envelope Empty!

So the Meg and Prog come through the door hole this morning. I open the envelopes to discover the Meg, but the Prog has vanished. So either it's popped out in sorting, or some bastard has nicked it. :angry:

I have to update my card details imminently. Should I also ask for a free replacement?
It's still Denise at this address, right? spock @ fpinternational . co . uk

Advice/similar stories/sympathy appreciated.

That's even worse than my sob story of getting a Meg but no Prog.

E-mail or phone Denise (can't remember the number) and she'll sort you out with a replacement no problem.

I've never had an empty envelope, but on the couple of occasions a prog hasn't shown up at all, Denise sent a free replacement with no hassle (had to wait till next week's came out though, just in case it was only delayed)

It happened to me once. They were glabbergasted but obliging.

I always get my meg and prog in SEPERATE envelopes.

Denise is jolly awesome isnt she? My last couple of progs have not appeared (likely due to being a new subcription I was expecting some teething issues) and I should be getting my missing progs the missing meg by the end of the week at the latest.
My Mug came at the end of last week and I have been sipping thrill powered cwoffee all morning at work.
