I've said it before and I'll say it again: Laser Squad - best game ever.
Dan Dare will return for a new adventure soon, Earthlets!

They really should bring out a good online version instead of asking your mate to turn his back. Ah those were the days.

Check out Frozen Synapse on PC as my mate just sent me a version of that, its kinda similar but blows my mind with too many options.
Hmm, just pretend I wrote something witty eh?

Harrier Attack!

I wasted my tweenage years on that game. Thankfully I'm too poor to afford an i-Phone.

Harrier Attack - the game I wasted my childhood on as a precursor to then wasting my adolescence on Monkey Island (Amiga 500+) and the like. My mum, in her mid 60s, stills goes on about Ant Attack and Pyjamarama.

God I remember Ant Attack! I'm old, old and over the hill!

The Enigmatic Dr X

I old enough to know from memory that Pyamarama was a sequel to Automania, a donkey-kong clone set in a garage.

It was followed by Herbert's Dummy Run and then Everyone's A Wally and then Three Weeks in Paradise (all featuring Wally Week or his family, Herbert being his son).

I also remember Magic Knight (best Masteronic Games ever) and know that N.O.M.A.D. stands for Nemesis Organisation Mobile Attack Droid.

To think that I found Eureka! by Ian Livingstone the pinnacle of dramatic possibility, when the pterodactyl (I think it was) gets you.
