From 1997, here's the start of my covers gallery for 'Street Sharks' comic - a tie-in with a toy line it lasted at least 8 issues...

Found an old ebays listing for issue 1 that has a load of images for that issue.

And this one has a listing for a number of issues with individual photos for some of those too.

Hopefully that helps?

"Guys, guys, we can't use the name Moby Dick - research tells us it's too easily sexualised, is there anything else we can call this character...?"
"Wait.. I think I have it..."

Good news for all you collectors of 'Girl' comic...I've added another item to my list of 'Girl' comic merchandise. I'm sure there's still plenty more to add, so do let me know if you can help, thanks!

I was the buyer on the auction for this piece. I did some digging at the time but couldn't find anything on it at all, although I did find some different signed prints by Romero on Comic Art fans and the like, so I'm guessing he would occasionally do small runs of stuff like this. It's not dated sadly. There's another one on ebay atm from an Italian seller, but no real info on that either!
You're a dark horse, Boots.

The start of a look at some of the more obscure Dan Dare / Eagle merchandise/tat produced back in the 1950s - let's start with a hairbrush (which sold for big money recently)

Wow it looks like an evil Dan Dare totem locked in amber. The most terrifying hairbrush ever!
