Does anyone know of place where you can buy digital audiobooks on an individual basis and not have to subscribe to a monthly service?

I'd rather not use iTunes since I'll be using an Android phone to listen to them.

After going over my finances of late it looks as if I have a little extra money and I've decided to subscribe digitally to either sfx or scifinow. I've purchased both in the past and they are both good publications, but I'd like to hear from other subscribers on what they think.

Any opinions are welcome.

[The Legend of Drunken Master]

I watched The Legend of Drunken Master over the weekend and got to thinking about how much time I've wasted watching Kung Fu films. I have a real weakness for these films, especially the ones with the bad dubbing and over the top stories and action.

To those of you that have a similar proclivity for these types of films (martial arts) what are some of your favourites, both good and bad?

For those of you that follow it the 2012 Euro is about get under way today and shockingly the Match of the Century is set to be the very first fixture. Poland v Greece. These two titans of football are set to clash in a match that will no doubt shock and awe the world of football. Brazil will be watching this match closely in anticipation of the 2014 World Cup. Shaking in fear at the outcome of this match.

In other news Uefa quietly revealed the tournament trophy with Germany's name already inscribed as this year's winners.

I've been playing Battletech and then Mechwarrior since they first appeared, and after a long wait, not one, but two new major Mechwarrior games are due to appear.

Both are due out in 2012 some time.

Today is Charles Dickens 200th birthday. Regardless of whether you read or even like Dickens his work had a monumental influence on literature and fiction of all kinds.

Hello all,

I'm thinking of starting up a new MMO. I already have played LotR, Star Trek, and Star Wars Galaxies. I'd like  to try something new. I'm considering Age of Conan, but am open to any suggestions from other MMO players.
