History Live! at Kelmarsh Hall

Completely personal post, but if anyone has kids and lives within reching distance of Northamptonshire then History Live! at Kelmarsh Hall between Northampton, Corby, and Kettering is on this weekend.

It's a multi-period history event and will have re-enactments of everything from Romans to World War Two, plus a huge encampment and various family-friendly things.

I'll be there flying the flag (literally) for the Sealed Knot, I'm sure Wake will be there too.

Sounds like great fun, and right up my alley.  Would love to attend, but it's a bit of a truck from Midwestern usa.   :D

I've been to see Molcher's re-enactment thing and can confirm it's great fun. There are very loud explosions.

We're all Cromwell's men round our way so I shan't be visiting in case I get spitted!
