PUBLIC INFO FILM QUESTION

Anyone remember the Public Info Film in the 70's/80's about unexploded ordnance left over from WWII? I remember it involving a scene with a kid or kids messing around in waste ground who discover an old bomb, I believe it ended with a soldier diffusing it. I can't find it in the usual web archive places.
