Yeah - it's a nasty one - even managed to get through the defences here at the Uni.  I have no idea what it does, though.

Well, just because one is called Reefer, that doesn't preclude the use of 'shrooms as part of a balanced diet of natural hallucinogens.

"Another cup of 'shroom tea with your hash brownies, Maud, you fucked up old junky?"

"GOD how I hate that shop! He stuffs all his comics into ill fitting shelves and then charges a bomb for them."

He he.  Yeah, he prices something at ?60 and then leaves it on the floor to be trodden on.  A true disciple of Khaos!

When I was a sprog, he used to give me a row for browsing for too long.  "Are you actually going to buy something?"  Snooty arse.

I did think it started to coast a bit after the climactic battle that closed the drug-dealing investigation in the second collection.

There's a beardy wizard man that runs Future Shock in Glasgow.

I can't figure out his pricing system, though.  The 1979 2000AD annual is under a fiver, whilst one of the Titan Nemesis books is priced at ?60.

On the topic of Moore, I've just finished reading the first two collections of Top 10, and he's a genius.

Special mention to Galactpuss, and the crisis crossover continuity sub-plot.

Nice page - I'd forgotten that scene.

A helmeted Fargo also appears in The Lost Tribe - part 15 of Oz, in prog 559.

Cheers, Wake.

When you've got a spare minute, you might want to put the "Urban Dead - Necronauts" thread (currently in 'Off-Topic') into the new Games category as well.

Yeah, they all got squashed & zapped during Khronicles of Khaos in a few pages, by the Imperial Rottweilers.

Then it was all a hallucination brought about by the moons of Hekate.

What's the totally contrived excuse going to be this time?  Or are they really dead, and we should actually give a shit?

Plus, of course, Joe P was (briefly) back.  Was there ever any doubt?

This is on a mental storytelling par with me playing with my toys in the garden when I was 8 years old.  Aha - I have smashed your lego head off, Zharkon the Undefeatable!  But wait!  Yoda has repaired you with his magical force powers!

Vagina's quite good as well (that's not a slogan, but these are):

"I Wish I Were a Vagina Weiner."

"Schtop! This Vagina is not Ready Yet!"

"Step Into The Vagina."

"Ding-Dong! Cock Calling!"

That's too funny.

"Don't Just Book It, Cock It."

"Behold the Power of Cock."

SF: "why make him Gay at all?"

FS: "why not make him gay?"

SF: "No reason at all"

Ah, I see, I've accidentally become embroiled in a stupid conversation.

"That was never 5 minutes!"

"Yes it was."

Oh for fuck's sake - why not make him gay?  In what way, please explain to me, would a straighter Devlin Waugh be more entertaining?

...

Uh-huh.  Exactly.
