Title: Kingdom - Netflix
Post by: shaolin_monkey on 12 February, 2019, 06:08:02 PM
Blimey - Kingdom on Netflix! A Korean period drama set in feudal times, like Water Margin, but with SHITLOADS OF ZOMBIES!!!!

It's bloody brilliant! With the emphasis on 'bloody'.

I finally caught some of this, and it's pretty good. I made the mistake of watching the dubbed version for the first few episodes because i had it on in the background whilst working. BIG MISTAKE. I didn't think it was bad, but the difference in delivery with some of the less heroic characters really undermined the thing.

It's a hard lesson to keep learning but yes, subs over dubs, isn't just for weebos.

I love how the dead
go running to crawl under things at sunrise.
Finished watching this and really enjoyed it political intrigue with zombies added in 👍🏻. Pretty fast paced story line compared to some of the Walking Dead seasons.
Hopefully it won't be too long before season 2 comes out.
I've been recommended another zombie genre "Black Summer" which I'll start this weekend if I get the time.
