My son's have alternative names for themselves including:

Jack Jubblyson, Humberland and Pickles ( exploers apparently), while the youngest a redhead can instantly tell if other Gingers have been to Gingerland, what their job there is and how they will eventually die.

oh I've got some photos here somewhere....

Personally I thought the discussion on when the Westwall was built and by whom was a gem of anal retentive fanboydom and all involved should get out more or at least have a prize.

hey oddboy, interesting picture of the first Westwall, note the use of lime for the slave workers and portland cement for that tricky grouting. Did you know that on Saturday night TV Tony Robinson said Judge Cal wasn't mad just a bit annoyed and had a Bad press?

No! I've been informed, by hippies, that guy's like him (woof woof thats my other dog impersonation) did exist and went on the start the Hells Angels after WWII, it makes sense after a couple smokes honest!. Its the equivilent of scarey Namvets unable to handle normality, same must have happened after WWII so there is some logic, it is strange to think what James Mason would have made of him, what?

Its all of the above for me plus anything that has the Tankies as heros and or has a lone piper strolling around the battlefield, (lump in throat, grimace, stoic look to camera)

Enemy at the gate was a bit betterI thought as you could tell who was who in it, but I think that was the point of Stalingrad anyway.

I also enjoyed the Sharpe TV series with Mr Bean leading Welligton's sharpshooters. marvelous what can be done with six extras and the Hungarian countryside

The only thing not to like is the lack of difference between the main peeps in the story so far, the jumpy bits just make you think a bit.... not a bad thang.
