Just spotted this thread, and that comment had me scrambling through my piles of books to find my copy (I gave it a quick glance when it arrived, but I haven't actually read it yet).

Either my copy is different to everyone else's, or The Enigmatic Dr X is referring to Mike Collins... ain't none of my stories in there!

How about sticking some Future Shocks on shop shelves! (if this has been done already then please ignore)
I can see the logic in rewarding subscribers but there's plenty of us 'non-subs' that would love to have these fine Tomes in their collections.
