Don't know if i read this somewhere or merely dreamt it but is there a Dredd mmo in the making?
Considering the bilge that companies are putting out at the minute if theres not a Dredd one coming there bloody well should be (as long as whoever makes it can steer well clear of the APB template).

No doubt a Dredd mmo is only my wishful thinking dammit!

There have always been characters who make a brief appearance in Dredd stories and are never seen again,but are imbedded in memory. These people deserve a story,even if it is only a one off.
For me, two spring instantly to mind :

Edwin the confessor (although given at the time he wasn't exactly spry and since then we've had numerous Dark judge attacks,Apocalypse war etc it seems unlikely he made it).

Henry Ford the mutated talking mule from The Black Death story.

Well thats my ideas,any others?

Since i seem to be in the minority here its only right i try to get people into social gaming(board and card games)

Recommended games to have people swear/sulk and generally be upset:

GRASS - a game dealing in the sale of, well....comes in its own hemp bag.

NUCLEAR WAR (escalation & proliferation) - a completly PC game of world domination. 
                                           Knock out other palyers(contries with   
                                           propoganda or nuke em til they glow!!
FAMILY BUSINESS - Take control of a group of mobsters and wipe out the opposition.
                  Hits,contracts,double crosses and subsitutions.

ZOMBIES - Get to the helicopte and avoid the zombies, all the while trying to cut
          off other players!

All these games can be played in about 60 mins....obviously the more players the longer the game.

With so many branches...and so many people.....who's in what?

Anyone setting up an enforcer clan for this?

Theres been plenty of stories that should be released in book format. We have the case files and Johnny Alpha's tales (where the Sam Slade?)but there are stories that need re-released in one offs,

Fiends of the Eastern Front for one(unless it has been an i missed it, in which case where can i get it?)

Any others?

Is it right to try to return to democracy?
Should the sacrifices of the judges be cast aside?
Do the citizens even care?

There will be more of these questions...i'm running a Dredd RPG....so gathering opinions etc...sorry and thanks

There was a time when there was always a comedy judge name...something that has fell by the wayside recently.
Without digging out 30 odd years off back issues i can only remember the one...Judge Persil as in "that wont wash persil".....any else remember any more?
