Yeah you do, J... He's that nice man you interviewed on the podcast recently (you set em up, I knock em down!)

I think people might need to remind themselves:

You guys do know that sarcasm doesn't always come across as well on the Internet as it does in your head, don't you? The poor chap who asked was a new arrival and might be put off.

It does? Really?
It's a joke. I was joking.

Aaaaaanyways...  More old school gorgeousness, this time from the mighty Arthur Ranson.

Lucid is a great story and that is a great page! Nice snag, Hipster!

Bit unusual this one. It's the cover to the 2000AD FCBD edition from 2014. Henry Flint. Henry inked the page, scanned it, then went over the inks with a colour wash and this is the result. He did this for the Titan cover of Prog 1862 as well. He's not using the technique again, so this is somewhat of an historic curio...

You can read more about it on Pete's wonderful 2000AD Covers Uncovered Blog: http://2000adcovers.blogspot.co.uk/2014/01/henry-flint-titanfall.html

Well how much loveliness has there been just there. One glorious Ransom and one fantastic curio as you say Simon. That's a fascinating piece you have there from a lovely cover.

First new piece in a long while, after a bit of horse trading for a piece I already had. Ranson is brilliant.

Hmmm, pic not showing, link seems to work though.

Gotta love that fish! Beautiful...

Geoff

The Ransoms are beautiful - as always - and I think I remember marvelling at how good that fish was from the prog..

Love those recent FCBD covers, congrats on getting one and a really interesting back-story to boot!
