What is Happy?

Different things at different times.

Sometimes a cup of tea and a good book, sometimes being out on the water on my kayak or walking th coast, always the company of my wife and son.

Happiness is very simple for me - a warm house, a full belly, and a satiated penis.

As someone with a general disposition of contentment I feel sad when people I know (mainly work colleagues), who have everything you would imagine would make someone happy, suffer from genuine anxiety if they can't 'keep up with the Joneses'.
